Cambodian Defence Minister Attends 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum

PHNOM PENH, Sept. 18, 2026: H.E. Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, attended the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum, held from Sept. 15 to 17, 2026, at the Beijing International Convention Center in the People's Republic of China.

The forum was hosted by the Chinese Minister of National Defence. During the event, H.E. Tea Seiha met with numerous Ministers of National Defence, as well as defence leaders and senior military officials from more than 100 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia and the ASEAN region.

The Beijing Xiangshan Forum provided a platform for countries, regardless of size, to express their views and exchange perspectives and experiences on regional issues, and to explore solutions to common challenges, according to a post by the Minister.


It also created opportunities for participating countries to engage in bilateral discussions and strengthen cooperation and mutual understanding.

H.E. Tea Seiha expressed gratitude for peace and for the win-win policy, and paid tribute to its founder, guides and implementers for bringing full peace and national unity to Cambodia.
