Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet Hands Over New Homes to Fallen Soldiers' Families in Kandal

PHNOM PENH, August 3, 2026 – Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet presided over a ceremony in Kandal province on Monday to hand over three newly built houses to families of fallen soldiers, presented as a generous gift from Prime Minister Hun Manet and Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet herself.
The event took place on the morning of August 3 in Kandal province, where the families received the new homes as part of ongoing efforts to honour and support those who have sacrificed for the nation.
On this occasion, Dr. Pich Chanmony conveyed heartfelt condolences and warm greetings from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet to the bereaved families. She also paid tribute to the fallen soldiers' unwavering patriotism and extraordinary courage in service to the country.
In addition to the new homes, Dr. Pich Chanmony also delivered further gifts from the Prime Minister and herself, including cash donations, household supplies, food provisions, and other essential items to help ease the daily lives of the families.
