Guangdong Expo Spotlights Cambodian Processed Farm Goods Under RCEP
PHNOM PENH — October 24, 2026: Processed agricultural products from Cambodia have been put on display in Guangdong Province, showcased by a company that imports them into the Chinese province, at an exhibition tied to a regional trade cooperation conference.
The exhibition accompanied the 4th China (Yunfu)–RCEP Industrial Cooperation Conference, held on 17–18 October 2026 at the Sheraton Hotel in Xinxing County, Yunfu City. The conference was co-organised by the Yunfu municipal government, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce and the RCEP Industry Cooperation Committee, and featured Chinese enterprises exhibiting goods produced for export under the RCEP framework.
Mr. Lao Nguoneng, Trade Attaché at the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Guangzhou, attended the opening ceremony, according to the Ministry of Commerce.
The ministry said the annual conference is intended to deepen cooperation between industrial enterprises in Guangdong and their trade partners under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, acting as a bridge between trade and RCEP member states.
