His Majesty the King Bestows Royal Generosity with $100,000 Donation to Cambodian Red Cross

PHNOM PENH, August 14, 2026 – In a gesture of profound royal benevolence, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni has graciously donated $100,000 from His Majesty's personal savings to support the humanitarian mission of the Cambodian Red Cross, during a sacred ceremony at the Royal Palace on Thursday morning.

The royal donation, a testament to His Majesty's lifelong dedication to the welfare of the Cambodian people, was reverently received by Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, Permanent Deputy Vice President of the Cambodian Red Cross, who represented Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross.
