She shared successful experiences from World Vision's work in Vietnam and outlined the organisation's new strategy in Cambodia, which aims to support children's access to quality, inclusive, and equitable education through child protection, school infrastructure improvement, and modern teaching methods.

H.E. Hangchuon Naron congratulated Dr. Than Thi Ha on her appointment and expressed strong support for World Vision's new strategy, which aligns with the Ministry's education reform direction and the Royal Government's Pentagonal Strategy for human capital development.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasised that human capital development must begin in the earliest stages, particularly the first 1,000 days of a child's life, when brain development reaches up to 90 percent. He stressed the importance of proper nutrition and care during this critical period.

He encouraged World Vision to expand its programmes to reach more vulnerable students in remote and border areas.
