NBC, GFTN to Launch Black Swan Summit Cambodia 2026 in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh, November 2, 2026: The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) and the Global Technology and Finance Network (GFTN) will stage the inaugural Black Swan Summit Cambodia 2026 in Phnom Penh on Nov. 15-16, 2026, with regional and Francophone leaders and experts set to take part.

The summit will focus on the future of payment systems, digital assets and cross-border financial connectivity in the region, offering attendees practical insights into emerging trends.


Organisers said the event is aimed at institutional leaders and team heads who can apply what they learn to produce tangible results in their organisations after the summit.
